Once you've found the reference page you're looking for, you shouldn't have much difficulty obtaining the information you need from it. Still, however, you'll be able to make better use of this reference section if you understand how the reference pages are written and organized. The very first reference page is titled "Sample Entry"; it explains the structure of each reference pages and tells you where to find various types of information within the pages. Do be sure to read this page before diving in to the reference section.
