I introduce the switching regulator which used MC34063A of the MOTOROLA,Inc. in this page. This regulator is housed in the DIP(Dual In line Packge) with 8 pins. The 1.5-A output current can be gotten without the heatsink in spite of this size. The input voltage can be used from 3 V to 40 V and can do the function of the Step Up (making the output voltage which is higher than the input voltage), the Step Down (making the output voltage which is lower than the input voltage) and moreover Inverting (making the voltage of the polarity contrary to the polarity with the input voltage) by the composition of the external part. This regulator can do the switching operation of 100 kHz by the value of the outside capacitor. |
