EM_DISPLAYBAND Overview  Group

The EM_DISPLAYBAND message displays a portion of a rich edit control’s contents, as previously formatted for a device using the EM_FORMATRANGE message.

lParam = (LPARAM) (LPRECT) lprc; 

 

Parameters

lprc

Pointer to a RECT structure specifying the area of the device to display to.

Return Values

If the operation succeeds, the return value is TRUE.

If the operation fails, the return value is FALSE.

Remarks

Text and OLE objects are clipped by the rectangle. The application does not need to set the clipping region.
