The FlushInstructionCache function flushes the instruction cache for the specified process.

If the function succeeds, the return value is nonzero.
If the function fails, the return value is zero. To get extended error information, call GetLastError.
Windows 95: The FlushInstructionCache function always returns TRUE. windows 95 supports single-processor machines only.
