RELATIVE CURSOR POSITIONING

LEGEND: Ec = [Ctrl] [P] [Esc] in DOS EDIT

DEFINITION

Relative cursor movement references the distance
to move the cursor from the current active cursor
     position.

The printer does not actually have a cursor, the
PCL cursor position refers to the current active
position (CAP). This cursor identifies the
current position in memory, the pointer, where a
printing command will begin laying out page data.
