Displays the version of DOS you are using.

PC-DOS 2.0+

MS-DOS equivalent: VER (2.0+)

SYNTAX

VER

The VER command is used to determine which version of DOS a

system is running under.

EXAMPLE

VER

returns

IBM Personal Computer DOS Version 3.30

if you are using PC-DOS 3.3.
